All our Factory New Turbochargers and New Cartridges come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If you believe your turbocharger has failed in less than the warranty term because of materials and/or workmanship, please contact us for instructions as to how to file a warranty claim. All claims of product failure require as a minimum a physical inspection by an authorized professional to determine the cause of the failure. Product warranties DO NOT COVER damage caused by foreign objects entering the system, insufficient lubrication, insufficient cooling nor the use of a product in an applications other than those which it was designed for. ANY USE OF A TURBOCHARGER FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE APPLICATIONS MAKES ALL WARRANTIES NULL AND VOID.
